You can contact us via various methods. The best possible method of getting support is creating a ticket through our Discord server. That way we should be able to provide straight off-the-bat support, 1-to-1 right there.
If you don't want to use Discord, we also have other alternate methods of contacting us:

There may be a brief delay, but our team constantly monitors this inbox so we should be able to help with support round the clock.
For other matters such as suggestions, feedback, or others, please use this e-mail as well.
All clients can also open tickets on our Billing store ticket system.
Though this is not recommended as it isn't monitored as much as our Discord ticket system or our e-mails.
